My First Snow

Well not much to say other than I wish I had a garage and I wish I lived somewhere it didn't snow! Posted by Hello

Incredibles Weekend

This past weekend I had a nice little outing to Meadville, Erie, Meadville and back. I drove Friday to Meadville to spend time with my lady (and spend time driving). The 90 mile trip went fast thanks to my i600 Samsung Smartphone that keeps me talking on the go. The trip to Erie was great mostly because we saw The Incredibles which turned out to be a great movie. I wish I had some kind of super power. Last night I drove home from Meadville and listened to AC/DC the entire trip. I listened to some great songs like Squealer, The Jack, Fly On The Wall, Back In Business, etc. Having a CD player that can read MP3 CDRs is great. I was able to consolidate all of my AC/DC CDs onto one MP3 CD. I am going to start doing this for all my music!

Consumer Reports

"Some of the most expensive cars on the market are likely to be the least reliable, while some modestly priced models are expected to be the most reliable, according to the latest data from influential Consumer Reports magazine."

Back to the Dealer

Yesterday I had to drive back up to the dealer to sign another paper so that they could send it in so I could get the title. Buying a car is tough work, you have to really stay on top of things. While I was at the dealer I talked with Sarge and Rick. For car salemen these guys are really nice (that isn't saying much). Anyway while I was up there they offered to wash my car for free which I quickly accepted. After signing the paper I left the office and headed out to the parking lot to find my xB. Upon finding my car I noticed it was washed but not dry. What is the point of washing a car if you don't dry it? I will never know but thankfully the wind blowing over the aerodynamic shape of the xB got rid of most of the water left on the car.

Voteology

This morning the xB and I left at 6:30am to find a nice place to vote. On the way to the polls the odometer went into 4 digits as I passed the 1000 mile mark. After arriving I stood in line for 45 minutes before casting my vote! I was the 55th person to vote in the district and my I.D. number is 002478245. I am glad I got up early so I don't have to stand in line later tonight. I hope that no matter who wins, that the decision is clear cut so that we don't have to wait weeks until we find out the winner.

Windmills

Here is a great shot of some of the huge windmills near my grandma's house. I wish I had some of the statistics about the size of these things because they are huge! I have been keeping track of my gas mileage in the xB and it has been averaging 32.8 mpg in the first 1,000 miles. It is crazy I almost have 1,000 miles on the car already. I really need to stop cruising around so much.Posted by Hello
